Circle K ‘Win Free Fuel for a Year’ in association with Nordic Spirit – Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

ELIGIBILITY

The Prize Draw is open to:

a) Residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over.

b) Consumers who purchase any Nordic Spirit product in a Circle K store during the promotional period (5th November 2025 – 3rd December 2025).

The Prize Draw is not open to employees of JTI Ireland Ltd, Circle K, their immediate families, affiliated agencies, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Prize Draw, eligible consumers must:

a) Scan the QR code available in-store on promotional POS or visit the Nordic Spirit website.

b) Provide the required contact details (full name, address, email, and phone number).

c) Confirm they are aged 18 or over.

d) Upload proof of purchase (a valid receipt showing Barcode and purchase of a Nordic Spirit can from Circle K).

Only one entry per receipt will be accepted.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The Prize Draw opens on the 5th November 2025 and closes at 17:00 on 3rd December 2025.

Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

PRIZE

There will be one (1) winner, selected at random from all valid entries.

The winner will receive a Circle K Fuel Card pre-loaded with €4,000 (“Fuel for a Year”).

The Fuel Card is valid at participating Circle K locations only. Further details can be found here: Gift Card - Circle K

The Fuel Card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Lost or stolen prizes cannot be refunded or replaced.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

The draw will take place on the 8th December 2025.

The winner will be contacted by a JTI representative using the contact details provided on entry.

If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, the Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Proof of purchase must clearly show the store, date, and Nordic Spirit product purchased.

The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of the Company, which are final.

The Company and its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage suffered through acceptance or use of the prize.

The Company is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or not received due to technical failures or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt.

The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or withdraw this Prize Draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

DATA PROTECTION

By entering the Prize Draw, participants acknowledge that JTI Ireland Ltd and its agencies will process the personal data provided (name, address, email, phone number) for the purpose of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, and contacting the winner.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except as required for administration of the Prize Draw and will not be transferred outside the EU.

By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to the Nordic Spirit Privacy Policy and may choose to opt-in to receive marketing communications. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect entry into the Prize Draw.
