PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THIS PRIZE DRAW

WHO IS ELIGIBLE

The Nordic Spirit Ireland Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to people:

Aged 18 and over;
Residents of the Republic of Ireland

The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Company and their families, the Company’s agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the Prize Draw.

HOW TO ENTER & ABOUT THE WINNER

To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must:

b) Make sure you're following us
c) like the post, and tag a friend

THE WINNER & THE PRIZE

The prizes* for the winners are 2 tickets to the following options:

a) 3Arena,

b) Mondello Race Day events

c) Festival Events - at Malahide Castle, Fairview Park, Royal Hospital Kilmainham, St. Anne’s Park and Virgin Media Park.

*Tickets subject to availability.

*The Prizes are as stated and subject to availability. There are no other prize alternatives available, except the Company reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Company's control makes it necessary to do so. The Prize is non-transferable and will only be issued in the name of the winning participant(s).

Only one prize draw entry per person. Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties. Lost or stolen Prizes cannot be refunded or exchanged.

One Winner willl be chosen randomly via a number generator, according to the following date range:

a) End of June 2025
b) End of July 2025
c) End of August 2025
d) End of December 2025

The Winner will be informed via DM and asked to provide full name, postal address, and contact email as well as proof of I.D. The Prize will be sent to the Winner at the given address or email by the Company within a reasonable time following the announcement of the winner.

In the event that the winner has not responded after reasonable efforts, within 48 hours of notification, then the Company reserves the right to re-allocate the prize to a reserve winner.

THE REST OF THE TERMS

By entering this promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Company, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into. The Company or its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

The Company or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Company or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.

By submitting your personal information to enter the Prize Draw you agree for the Company to use your name and/or social media platform handle, for the purposes of public Prize Draw announcements, which shall include reposting of your entry and tagging you, on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook.

By entering the Prize Draw, participants acknowledge that the Company, and any agencies acting on its behalf, will process the personal data submitted by the participants (such as name, address, email address and telephone numbers) for the purpose of running this promotion; including displaying their name on scoreboards, administering the prizes and publicising the winner’s name. Except as described, any personal data provided will not be disclosed to any third parties or transferred outside the EU.

This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.

Under no circumstances will the Company (or its parent subsidiaries or affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with the promotion or any prize connected with the promotion.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend or withdraw this Prize Draw promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time. In such circumstances the Company shall have no liability to any participant.

The Company cannot accept any responsibility for prize warranties and guarantees. The winner must refer directly to the manufacturer in the case of any faulty goods.

The decision of the Company is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
