‘Cinema Society Giveaway’ - Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The Nordic Spirit Ireland Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to people:
   1. Aged 18 and over
   2. Residents of the Republic of Ireland
   3. Submit their details via the prize draw page on the Nordicspirit.ie website, and opt-in to Marketing Communications from Nordic Spirit
2. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Company and their families, the Company’s agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the Prize Draw.

1. To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must:
   1. Visit the prize giveaway page on the Nordicspirit.ie website, which can ordinarily be accessed via the homepage CTA.
   2. During the Icy Strawberry campaign period, the prize giveaway page will only be accessible by scanning the QR code on a participating Nordic Spirit pack (Icy Strawberry, Strawberry, Jalapeño Lime or Chilli Melon).
   3. Enter and submit their details, and opt-in to receive Marketing Communications from Nordic Spirit.

1. The winner will be contacted via email by JTI Ireland and provided with a unique Gifty redemption link.
2. To redeem the prize, the winner must:
3. Access the unique Gifty redemption link provided in their winner notification email.
4. Select Cinema Society from the available reward options.
5. Apply €30 to the voucher.
6. Reveal the voucher code displayed on the voucher. The voucher is valid for 90 days to claim.
7. Create an account on the Cinema Society website. This is required for security purposes.
8. Choose their preferred cinema and select their tickets and any food options.
9. Proceed to their basket to review their selection.
10. Enter their Gifty voucher code in the discount code box.
11. Complete checkout. If the total cost exceeds the €30 voucher value, the winner must pay the remaining balance using a bank card.
12. Check their email for confirmation and the relevant codes required to book their cinema visit at their chosen location.
13. The €30 Cinema Society voucher is valid for 90 days.
14. Any additional costs not covered by the €30 voucher must be paid by the winner at checkout.

3. The Prize Draw will commence on 26/10/2026 and will run on a weekly basis until further notice.
4. Each weekly Prize Draw will open at 00:00 on Monday and close at 23:59 on the following Sunday (Irish local time).
5. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each weekly Prize Draw period. The winner will be contacted via email during the following week.
6. There will be 1 winner selected at random each week to win a €30 Cinema Society voucher, redeemable via Gifty.
7. By entering this promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Company, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into. The Company or its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
8. The Company or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Company or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
9. Lost or stolen Prizes cannot be refunded or exchanged.
10. There are no other prize alternatives available, except the Company reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Company's control makes it necessary to do so. The Prize is non-transferable and will only be issued in the name of the winning participant(s).
11. The Winner will be informed via email by 10th August 2026, and asked to provide full name, postal address, and contact email as well as proof of I.D. The Prize will be sent to the Winner at the given address or email by the Company within a reasonable time following the announcement of the winner.
12. In the event that the winner has not responded after reasonable efforts, within 48 hours of notification, then the Company reserves the right to re-allocate the prize to a reserve winner.
13. By submitting your personal information to enter the Prize Draw you agree for the Company to use your name and/or social media platform handle, for the purposes of public Prize Draw announcements, which shall include reposting of your entry and tagging you, on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook.
14. By entering the Prize Draw, participants acknowledge that the Company, and any agencies acting on its behalf, will process the personal data submitted by the participants (such as name, address, email address and telephone numbers) for the purpose of running this promotion; including displaying their name on scoreboards, administering the prizes and publicising the winner’s name. Except as described, any personal data provided will not be disclosed to any third parties or transferred outside the EU.
15. By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree that when they win the prize(s), participants will participate in any filming or recording of the winning and that his/her participation will be featured on the Nordic Spirit social media pages and other platforms which can be disseminated to the public in whatever manner, media or format in accordance with applicable laws.
16. By Entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy
17. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
18. Under no circumstances will the Company (or its parent subsidiaries or affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with the promotion or any prize connected with the promotion.
19. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
20. The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend or withdraw this Prize Draw promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time. In such circumstances the Company shall have no liability to any participant.
21. The decision of the Company is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
