Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THIS PRIZE DRAW

WHO IS ELIGIBLE 

1. The Nordic Spirit Ireland Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is open to people: 
2. Aged 18 and over​ 
3. Residents of the Republic of Ireland 
4. Who post a photo of ‘The Moment’ and tag Nordic Spirit Instagram on their social media posts 
5. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Company and their families, the Company’s agencies or their employees and families or anyone else professionally associated with the Prize Draw. 
6. Entrants will not be eligible if they post any explicit photos or photos of other brands.  
7. Entrants should under no circumstance feature subjects that are or appear underage (<25 y/o). 

HOW TO ENTER 

To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must: 

a) Post your summer photos and tag Nordic Spirit Ireland Instagram with the tag before midnight 7 of September 

b) Make sure the social account is public so ew can view your post and reshare it.

c) Entrants must be following Nordic Spirit Ireland on Instagram 

THE REST OF THE TERMS 

1. The Prize Draw is open from 1st June 2026 and closes at 23:59 7th September 2026. The winner will be chosen at random and announced on 9th December 2026 via social media. 
2. There will be 1 winner selected at random to win the prize of a Digital Camera. 
3. Details of this prize and how to claim will be shared with winner after selection. 
4. By entering this prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of the Company, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into with the Company. 
5. The Company and its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
6. The Company and its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Company and/or its agencies. 
7. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry. 
8. Lost or stolen Prizes cannot be refunded or exchanged. 
9. There are no other prize alternatives available, except the Company reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Company's control makes it necessary to do so. The Prize is non-transferable and will only be issued in the name of the winning participant(s). 
10. The Winner will be informed via social media  direct message, within 48 hours of the prize draw closing date and asked to provide full name, postal address, and contact email as well as proof of I.D. The Prize will be sent to the Winner at the given address or email by the Company within a reasonable time following the announcement of the winner. 
11. In the event that the winner has not responded after reasonable efforts, within 48 hours of notification, then the Company reserves the right to re-allocate the prize to a reserve winner. 
12. By submitting your personal information to enter the Prize Draw you agree for the Company to use your name and/or social media platform handle, for the purposes of public Prize Draw announcements. Social media handle will need to be provided. The Prize Draw announcement will be featured on Nordic Spirit’s social media and the Nordic Spirit website. 
13. By entering the Prize Draw, participants acknowledge that the Company, and any agencies acting on its behalf, will process the personal data submitted by the participants (such as name, address, email address and telephone numbers) for the purpose of running this promotion; including displaying their name on scoreboards, administering the prizes and publicising the winner’s name. Except as described, any personal data provided will not be disclosed to any third parties or transferred outside the EU. 
14. By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree that when they win the prize(s), participants will participate in any filming or recording of the winning and that his/her participation will be featured on the Nordic Spirit social media pages and other platforms which can be disseminated to the public in whatever manner, media or format in accordance with applicable laws. 
15. By Entering the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy. 
16. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform 
17. Under no circumstances will the Company (or its parent subsidiaries or affiliated companies) be liable (unless such liability cannot be lawfully excluded) for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with the promotion or any prize connected with the promotion. 
18. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. 
19. The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, temporarily suspend or withdraw this Prize Draw promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control at any time. In such circumstances the Company shall have no liability to any participant.​
20. The decision of the Company is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
